Comfy outfit with sneakers and a maxi jacket

It's been a while since I posted here, and I didn´t show you these pics from my trip to Pamplona (Spain). This is one of the most amazing places I have seen in Spain so far: Las Bardenas Reales dessert. We walked a lot so I needed a comfy outfit. I wore my grey sneakers with grey jeggins and sweater, and my beige maxi cardigan from Bench. I hope you like the pics and my outfit!

Hacía bastante que no actualizaba el blog, y no os había enseñado estas fotos de mi viaje a Pamplona. El desierto de las Bardenas Reales es uno de los lugares más impresionantes que he visitado en España. Anduvimos mucho, así que necesitaba un outfit cómodo: mis playeras grises combinadas con leggins y jersey del mismo color y un maxi cardigan beige de Bench. ¡Espero que os gusten las fotos y mi look!

70s jeans and suede vest

70s are a key trend this season, specially the flared trousers and suede vests. This one with handmade embroidery is just fab... that day I went out from Zara with more than one bag :) Have you already got a pair of flared pants or you remain faithfull to skinny jeans?

Los años 70 son la gran tendencia de esta temporada, especialmente los pantalones de campana y los chalecos de ante. Este con bordado a mano me enamoró.. ese día salí de Zara cargada con varias cosas! ¿Vosotras habéis caído ya también en los pantalones de campana o aún seguís fieles a los pitillo?

The leather pinafore dress

Hi guys! How is it all going? I'm keeping busy at work... I wore this outfit a month ago, but I didn't have time to post it earlier (that's why I wasn't wearing tights, something impossible at the moment!). I bought this green leather pinafore dress at the very time I saw it on the Zara website. I love how it looks with a white shirt and lace sandals or cuban heel shoes. This FW15, pinafore dresses are a huge trend; how do you style them?

Hola!! ¿Qué tal todo? Yo muy ocupada con mi nuevo trabajo... Este look es de hace casi un mes, pero no he tenido tiempo de subirlo antes (de ahí que vaya sin medias... ahora ya imposible! jeje). Me compré este peto de cuero verde nada más lo vi en la web de Zara. Me encanta como queda con una blusa blanca debajo y sandalias de tiras o zapatos de tacón cuadrado. Ya sabéis que los petos son una de las tendencias para este otoño/invierno 2015. ¿Cómo lo combináis vosotras?

A hat and a pair of sexy tights

The perfect accessories for a basic outfit in black and denim shorts: a big hat and a pair of tights with back seam (my fav ones for Fall!), plus a touch of colour in the necklace and nail polish. This is the outfit I chose for a day at the office (I'm currently working as Acount Manager for Bench Spain). The booties are really comfy and have the perfect heel to go to work. Have you seen my terrace at the office? It's fab!! :) What do you usually wear at work?

Dos accesorios perfectos para un look básico en negro y shorts vaqueros son un sombrero y unas medias con costura en la parte posterior (¡mis preferidas para otoño!), además de un toque de color en el collar y las uñas. Este es el look que elegí para un día en la oficina (acabo de empezar a llevar la cuenta de la marca Bench en España). Brown leather boots and white coat

I have finally got a pair of brown leather boots! Yes, I know; it´s almost Summer, but in the North of Spain (where I travelled during Easter) a pair of good boots is still necessary... I love these ones `cause the leather is very soft and the style is timeless. They are from Salvador Bachiller. I wore them with one of my fav coats, in white colour and minimalistic shape. Do you like them?

¡Por fin me he hecho con unas botas de piel color marrón! Sí, lo sé, ya estamos casi en verano, pero en el Norte (a donde he viajado en Semana Santa) siguen haciendo falta unas buenas botas... Estas me encantan porque su piel es súper suave y su diseño es atemporal. Son de Salvador Bachiller. Las combiné con uno de mis abrigos favoritos, blanco y en clave minimal. ¿Qué os parecen?

Ethnic poncho

I have -at last- got an ethnic cape, so trendy last Autumn! Thanks to Blue Vainilla :) in a lovely navajo print in blue and cream colours. I wore it with pants and shirt in the same hues and brown accessories. How do you wear yours? BTW, it was insanely windy so I had to take pictures inside... my hair was crazy outside! haha

Por fin me hice con un poncho étnico de los que tanto se han llevado este otoño! :) Gracias a Blue Vainilla, con un estampado navajo muy bonito en tonos azules y crema. Lo combiné con prendas de la misma gama cromática y accesorios en marrón. ¿Vosotras cómo combináis vuestros ponchos? Por cierto, hacía muchísimo viento así que tuve que hacerme las fotos dentro.. el pelo se me iba para todos lados! jaja

Blue stilletto shoes

I do love total black outfits but only if there is a contrast detail, such as a pair of shoes or a bag in a bright color, or XL jewellery. I chose to wear my total black outfit with stilletto shoes in blue colour and a long gold necklace. Me gustan mucho los total looks en negro pero solo si hay algún detalle que contraste, por ejemplo unos zapatos o un bolso en un color llamativo o joyas tamaño XL. En mi caso, decidí añadir al look en negro un toque de color en los zapatos y un collar largo en dorado. Vogue Fashion´s Night Out 2014

Here you have how I enjoyed this year the Vogue Fashion´s Night Out in Madrid. With my friend Paola Rodríguez (journalist for L'ink magazine), we had an exclusive catering at the Rabat jewellery store, we listened to good music at Michael Kors´, we had our make up done thanks to MAC Cosmetics and we felt in love with lots of garments. A VFNO with a raining sky, but really interesting! BTW, the shirt with feathers is one of my last designs :)

Hoy os muestro cómo viví este año la Vogue Fashion´s Night Out en Madrid. Acompañada por Paola Rodríguez (periodista de L'ink magazine), disfrutamos del catering exclusivo de la joyería Rabat, escuchamos buena música en Michael Kors, nos maquillamos gracias a MAC y nos enamoramos de unas cuantas prendas. Una VFNO pasada por agua pero no por ello menos interesante!! Por cierto, la blusa con plumas que llevo es una de las últimas cositas que me he hecho =)

White dress to say goodbay to Mr. Summer!

Summer is gone but we still have days in Spain when you can wear dresses with bare legs. I run into a Zara store when I saw a girl at my office wearing this amazing white dress, and I was lucky to find it. Mesh fabric is going to be a huge trend for Spring/Summer 2015, and both the squared shape and the design with the pockets look great. It looks lovely with accessories in brown, doesn´t it?

El verano ya se ha acabado, pero aún tenemos días en España en los que podemos lucir vestidos sin medias. Este vestido blanco se lo vi a una chica de mi oficina y fui inmediatamente corriendo a una tienda de Zara.. y tuve suerte de encontrarlo!! El tejido de rejilla va a ser una tendencia clave para la primavera/verano de 2015 y, además, tanto la forma cuadrada del vestido como el diseño con bolsillos me encanta. Queda genial con accesorios en marrón, ¿verdad?

MBFW Madrid SS2015

Last Saturday and Monday I attended the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid where I went to some runway shows and a masterclass by my fav gin: G' Vine. I was accompanied by the make up artist Francesca Moreno, with who I usually work in Amazon BuyVip =) I felt in love with some Teresa Helbig dresses and lots of the designs made by the young designers at the EGO showroom. Pineapples are for summer

It´s been a while since I wrote my last post 'cause work has been crazy lately.. sorry about that! Today I show you one of my favourite dresses of the season, with a cute shape and a funny pineapple print. I found it at the Zara sale. I´m totally in love with it!!

Hace bastante que no actualizaba el blog, pero he tenido mucha carga de trabajo últimamente... tenéis que perdonarme! :) Hoy os enseño uno de mis vestidos preferidos de la temporada, con una forma que sienta genial y un estampado de piñas que me encanta. Lo encontré por casualidad en las rebajas de Zara y me tiene enamorada!!

Mint green for a day in Toledo

The weather was really warm during the second day of our trip to Toledo, so I wore my mint green shorts and a printed shirt, all from Zara. We went to see the sunset to the Parador hotel, a place you can´t miss if you visit this city.

El segundo día de nuestra visita a Toledo hacía mucho calor, así que decidí ponerme unos shorts color verde menta y una blusa con flamingos, ambos de Zara. Fuimos a ver el atardecer al parador, unas vistas que no os podéis perder si vais a esta ciudad.

Bosco de Lobos

Last weekend my boyfriend arrived home from Ireland so we went to have lunch to a breath-taking restaurant in Madrid: Bosdo de Lobos, with minimal decor, shelves full of books, a beautiful garden and yummy carpaccio. Highly recommended! I wore a black and white outfit with the well-known Zara skort and a striped t-shirt from Oasap. Into the wild

Maxi skirts are perfect for the beginning of the summer, when weather is warm but you are not tanned enough and we try to avoid short dresses ;) I bought mine in khaki colour last weekend, as well as the lovely crop top with fringes. I also wanted a flower crown for a long time and this one is just perfect (similar here). I wore this outfit for a Saturday night with heels and for a family luch with flats. And my mum found this amazing place in my village where we took the fairytale pictures. Hope you like them!!

Las faldas largas son perfectas para el comienzo del verano, cuando hace ya calor pero aún no tenemos la piel bronceada y preferimos evitar los vestidos cortos ;) Compré la mía en color khaki este fin de semana, al igual que el crop top con flecos del cual me enamoré. También tenía muchas ganas de tener una corona de flores y esta es simplemente perfecta (parecida aquí). Llevé este look sábado noche con tacones y otro día con planos para una comida familiar. Y mi madre encontró este lugar tan bonito en mi pueblo donde hicimos estas fotos. ¡Espero que os gusten!

Denim and brown

Last week my parents came to visit me in Madrid and this is the outfit I chose to walk through the city all day long: my new Massimo Dutti jewel sandals, denim basics, a double layered white shirt and a touch of brown and gold in accessories. Like it?

La semana pasada vinieron mis padres a visitarme a Madrid y este es el look que escogí para andar todo el día por la ciudad: mis nuevas sandalias joya de Massimo Dutti, básicos denim, una blusa blanca con dos capas y toques marrones y dorados en los accesorios. ¿Qué os parece?

Spring work outfit ideas

As you know, I recently started a new position in Madrid as Image Stylist for Amazon BuyVip. Here you can see the outfits I wore during my first week, when the current weather allows us to be dressy with blazers and, if we are standing for a long time, we can always wear pointed flat shoes (comfy -if you have small feet- and smart at the same time). Work outfits will always depend on the business and kind of job we are doing, of course. I currently love wearing neutral colours and a touch of colour. What do you usually wear to go to the office?

Como sabéis, empecé recientemente un nuevo trabajo en Madrid como estilista para Amazon BuyVip. Aquí os muestro los looks que llevé durante la primera semana, cuando el entretiempo nos permite ir arregladas con blazers y, si vamos a estar muchas horas de pie, podemos optar por el zapato plano con punta (cómodo -si tienes el pie estrecho- y formal al mismo tiempo). Por supuesto, los looks para ir a trabajar siempre dependerán de la empresa y el tipo de puesto que desempeñemos.  A mí actualmente me encanta llevar prendas en tonos neutros y una en un color vivo. ¿Vosotras cómo soléis ir vestidas a la oficina?

Miu Miu clutch and burgundy pants

I took these pics a while ago but I haven´t posted them on my blog. It´s a simple look but perfect for any special ocassion, dinner, event... or a day in which you want to be well dressed but without having to wear a dress. You have already seen my Miu Miu clutch in many outfits, as well as the Michael Kors shoes -they are a key basic and go well with everything! I love the necklace, I found it in Penneys and it's exactly the same burgundy colour than the pants. Recenlty I do love plain shirts or tops in neutral colours + statement necklaces, and you?

Estas fotos tienen unos meses pero no las había publicado aún en el blog. Se trata de un look sencillo pero perfecto para cualquier tipo de ocasión especial, cena, evento... o un día en el que os apetezca ir arregladas pero sin recurrir a un vestido. Ya me habéis visto el clutch de Miu Miu en varios looks, así como los zapatos de Michael Kors -y es que ambos son todo un básico, muy combinables! El collar me encanta, lo encontré por casualidad en Primark y tiene exactamente el mismo color burdeos que el pantalón. Últimamente soy súper fan de las blusas sencillas o camisetas en tonos neutros + collares cortos XL, ¿y vosotras?
