Happy Halloween!

Halloween has its origins in Ireland and that's why it is one of the countries in which is most celebrated. Most of the houses are decorated (some of them are really good, as you can see at the end of the post), there are Halloween parties in every pub and the majority of the people is dress up with costumes. Last Saturday, my boyfriend and I were to the Vampire Hunt around Dublin, organized by the Bram Stocker Festival that takes place here every year. It was lots of fun!

Halloween se originó en Irlanda y por eso es uno de los países que más lo celebran. Prácticamente todas las casas están decoradas (algunas se lo curran muchísimo como podéis ver al final del post!), hay fiestas de Halloween en todos los bares y la mayoría de la gente lleva disfraces. El sábado pasado, mi novio y yo fuimos a una gymkana por todo Dublín, la Vampire Hunt, dentro del Bram Stocker Festival que se celebra todos los años aquí. ¡Fue súper divertido!

Trip to Barcelona: Park Güell

Last February I went with my boyfriend to Barcelona (from this trip I only posted about my look with the total denim trend). The Urban Suites gave me a free night in their amazing apartments and I was dying yo see the Park Güell and La Sagrada Familia church. Here you can enjoy my pics from the first one; it was stunning!

En febrero de este año fui a pasar unos días con mi novio a Barcelona (de este viaje solo posteé mi look con la tendencia del total denim). The Urban Suites nos regaló una noche en sus espectaculares apartamentos y yo tenía muchas ganas de ver el Park Güell y la Sagrada Familia. The making of a fashion shoot

Here you have the making of pics from the Baroque fashion shoot that I already show you some days ago. The place was beyond amazing, perfect for the theme, and the team was great. We enjoyed it a lot... and we had even champagne!

Aquí tenéis las fotos del making of del shooting de moda barroco que os enseñé hace unos días. El lugar era espectacular, perfecto para la temática de la sesión, y el equipo fue genial. Lo pasamos muy bien... con cava y todo!

Alex and Ani launch party

Last Thursday I went with Lara to a party by Alex and Ani to launch its new collection of bracelets. Courtney Smith introduced the new bracelets whereas Vogue Williams was in charge of the music with a beautiful dress (yes, she is also a model) and, the rest of us, enjoyed sushi and my favourite cider: Kopparberg with fruit mix... yummy! It was great!

El jueves pasado fui con Lara a una fiesta de la firma Alex and Ani para presentar su nueva colección de brazaletes. La estilista Courtney Smith mostró la nueva línea de pulseras mientras Vogue Williams pinchaba música con un vestido precioso (sí, también es modelo) y el resto nos poníamos las botas a sushi y a mi sidra preferida: Kopparberg con sabor a frutas... mmm! Fue genial!

Baroque fashion shoot

Exciting news!! Tabitha magazine has published the fashion shoot I styled some weeks ago :) It was a Baroque inspired fashion theme in a gorgeous castle. It was an amazing experience and really fun -my first shoot as stylist (and not styling assistant). Hope you like the outfits!! Thanks to the gorgeous team and the stores from which I borrow stuff (Penneys, A Wear, Project 51, OM Diva, Pamela Scott, Alex and Ani and Christina Keogh).You have all the credits at the end and, in other post, I'll show you the making off pics!

Os traigo noticias emocionantes! La revista Tabitha ha publicado en su web el shooting de moda en el que fui estilista hace unas semanas. Se trató de un shooting de inspiración barroca en un castillo espectacular. Fue una experiencia genial y muy divertida -es mi primer editorial como estilista (y no asistente de estilismo). ¡Espero que os gusten los looks! Desde aquí muchas gracias a todo el equipo y a las tiendas que me prestaron la ropa: Primark, A Wear, Project 51, OM Diva, Pamela Scott, Alex and Ani y Christina Keogh. The blue skirt

As you have already noticed, blue is one of my favourite colours and this skirt looks really nice. Some days ago I had a meet up with blogger Lara from The 109 Block and we took some pictures in Dublin city centre. We also went to have coffee (a mocha for me) to our beloved Starbucks while we chat about fashion, events and more :)

Como ya os habréis dado cuenta, el azul es uno de mis colores preferidos y esta falda me pareció una monada. Hace unos días quedé con la bloguera Lara de The 109 block y nos hicimos unas fotos en el centro de Dublín. Tambien fuimos a tomar un café (para mi, un mocha) a nuestro querido Starbucks mientras charlábamos sobre moda, eventos y mucho más :)

I love off white and blue together. And nothing else better than a nice fabric, a chunky necklace and a pair of sexy heels!

Me encanta como queda el color crudo con el azul. Y nada mejor que un tejido bonito, un collar XXL y un par de taconazos!

After watching (and reading it all) the amazing post on Fashionisima with the 32 collections of Marc Jacobs in Louis Vuitton, I've decided to write a post with my favourite 8 fashion shows and 2 advertisements. I'm pretty sure you haven't seen his 90's shows, and the one in 1999 is really gorgeous =)

Después de ver (y leerme enterito) el completísimo post de Fashionísima con las 32 colecciones de Marc Jacobs en Louis Vuitton, he decidido dedicarle yo también un post, con mis 8 desfiles y 2 campañas publicitarias favoritas. Seguro que los desfiles de los 90 no los habéis visto, y el de 1999 merece mucho la pena :)

Meeting with the designer Fiona Heaney

Fiona Heaney is the lovely designer of the Irish brand Fee G and, thanks to Laura O'Brien from Harvey Nichols, I had the pleasure to meet her and talk with her about their Autumn Winter 2013-2014 collection (and the upcoming Spring Summer 2014!). You have already seen her designs in the fashion show in Dublin Castle.

Fiona Heaney es la diseñadora (súper simpática, por cierto) de la firma irlandesa Fee G y, gracias a Laura O'Brien de Harvey Nichols, tuve la oportunidad de conocerla en persona y hablar con ella sobre su colección de otoño/invierno 2013-2014 (y la de la temporada siguiente, primavera/verano 2014). Ya visteis sus diseños en el desfile de moda en el castillo de Dublín.
