When in Paris

Merry Christmas! I hope you are enjoying the festivity days. Today I show you one of my outfits during my recent trip to Paris, which was full of Christmas lights. The Dressin hat was my perfect ally in the cold weather.

¡Feliz Navidad! Espero que estéis disfrutando de las fiestas. Hoy os muestro uno de los looks que llevé durante mi viaje a París en el puente, que además estaba llena de luces de Navidad. El gorrito con pompón de Dressin fue mi aliado perfecto contra el frío.

Today a quick post but full of lovely details and some of my current fav things in my wardrobe. Just in case you don´t follow my Instagram account (raquel_tg), I usually post pics about my outfit of the day and the new in pieces I buy. What do you think about the embellished top by Needle&Thread? I bought it some weeks ago in Dublin. Oh, and I can stop wearing the Uterqüe brown suede sandals, so stylish and comfy!! Other of my fav accessories for summer is the M&S yellow bag in an unusual shape. Do you like it? Happy Friday and have a nice weekend! P.S.: it was my birthday yesterday :)

Hoy una entrada rapidita pero con varios de mis complementos y prendas favoritas actualmente en mi armario :) Por si aún no me seguís en Instagram (raquel_tg), a menudo subo detalles de mis looks diarios y mis nuevas adquisiciones. ¿Qué os parece el top de pedrería de Needle&Thread? Me hice con él hace poco en Dublín. Y no puedo bajarme de las sandalias de ante marrón de Uterqüe que me regaló mi novio; además de preciiiiosas, ¡son comodísimas! Otro de mis favoritos para verano es el bolso amarillo de M&S, con una forma muy original. ¿Qué os parece? ¡Feliz viernes y a disfrutar del fin de semana! PD: ayer fue mi cumpleaños :)

New In

New items have entered my wardrobe this week -and I do love them!: a limited edition orange crop top, a clutch bag with a tropical print that I found in this vintage store in Dublin, two pairs of candy coloured pants, a necklace with the Paris "skyline", an electric blue dress and a few more. Esta semana han llegado varias cosas nuevas a mi armario -y me tienen enamorada jeje!: un crop top naranja de edición limitada, un clutch bag con estampado tropical que encontré en esta tienda vintage de Dublín, dos pantalones en colores pastel, un collar con el "skyline" de París, un vestido azul eléctrico y alguna cosita más. Outfit in the Botanic Gardens

On Saturday I went to a magical place in Dublin: the National Botanic Gardens. The weather was quite nice so we could spent all the morning in there. I wore my fav jeans and coat, plus new things in my wardrobe (they grey top and silver necklace, the flat pointed shoes with metallic detail and an Avenio scarf). Hope you like the pics of the amazing garden and the outfit! 

El sábado fui a un lugar mágico en Dublín: el Jardín Botánico Nacional. Hacía bastante buen tiempo así que pudimos pasar allí toda la mañana. Llevé mis vaqueros y abrigo favoritos, y cosas que recientemente han aterrizado en mi armario (la camiseta gris y el collar plateado, los zapatos planos en punta con detalle metálico y el pañuelo de Avenio). Espero que os gusten las fotografías del lugar y mi look =)

Outfit in grey, black and white

Rencently I always wear basic garments in neutral tones, with more importance of the accessories or adding special jewellery. It's all about chosing timeless pieces in colours such as grey, white or black and mixing textures and silhouettes. In this occasion I wore my grey knit sweater with pearls in the shoulders and jewellery designed by Ardentia, a brand with a gorgeous minimal style.

Últimamente me estoy aficionando a vestir con prendas básicas en tonos neutros, dando más protagonismo a los complementos o añadiendo joyas especiales. La clave está en elegir piezas intemporales en colores como el gris, el blanco o el negro y combinar texturas y siluetas. En esta ocasión estrené un jersey gris con perlas en los hombros y mis nuevas joyas de Ardentia, una firma con un estilo minimalista espectacular.

Burgundy beanie and black turtleneck

Here in Dublin the wind is usually crazy, so a beanie (and a good scarf) is essential. The one I'm wearing in these pics is from Parfois and has a lovely fabric in burgundy colour. Other of my fav purchases from this season is the XXL bag from Marks&Spencer, perfect for work. And, finally, I have joined the turtleneck trend; they look gorgeous with a short necklace!

En Dublín normalmente hace mucho viento, así que un gorrito (y una buena bufanda) es algo imprescindible. El que llevo en estas fotos es de Parfois y tiene un tejido precioso en color burdeos. Otra de mis adquisiciones favoritas de esta temporada es el bolso XXL de Marks&Spencer, perfecto para ir al trabajo. Y por fin me he sumado a la tendencia de los jerseis de cuello alto; quedan genial con un collar corto :)
