Esdor cosmetics

El pasado viernes asistí al maridaje de cosméticos Esdor y vinos Matarromera que tuvo lugar en El Corte Inglés de Valladolid. Allí pude probar su interesante línea de cosmética con polifenoles de uva tinta, un poderoso antioxidante (de hecho, una sola copa de vino tinto tiene el mismo efecto antioxidante que... ¡siete naranjas!).

On Friday, I attended the Esdor cosmetics and Matarromera wines pairing event, which took place in El Corte Inglés (a Spanish well-known mall). There I could try their interesting cosmetic products with grapes polyphenoles, a powerfull antioxidant (inded, just a glass of red wine has the same antioxidant effect than... seven oranges!).

Make Up at home

Ayer, la encantadora Esther del blog de maquillaje Esther y su Mundo vino a mi casa a maquillarme :) Era la primera vez que me maquillaba otra persona, y el resultado... espectacular!!! No podía parar de mirarme a los ojos en casa espejo que encontraba jaja. La sombra de ojos en tonos verdes me fascinó; siempre había querido ver mis ojos en estos tonos.

Yesterday, the charming make up blogger Esther from Esther and her World came to my house to have my make up done :) It was my first time and the result... beyond amazing!!! I couldn't stop looking at my eyes in every mirror I found! The eye shadow in green tones is absolutely gorgeous, I've always wanted to see my eyes in these colours.

White shirt + patchwork sandals

Una sencilla camisa blanca y jeans claros para dejar que los accesorios sean los absolutos protagonistas del look: sandalias de patchwork multicolor de Zara, pulsera en cobre y esmalte de Avenio, y collar corto en tonos flúor de Pull&Bear.

A simple white shirt plus light jeans to let the accessories be the absolute protagonists in the outfit: multicolor patchwork Zara sandals, an Avenio bracelet in copper and enamel, and a statement necklace in fluorescent colors from Pull&Bear.

María LaFuente runway show FW 2013-2014

Uno de los desfiles que espero con más emoción cada edición de la Mercedes Fashion Week Madrid es el de María LaFuente. Conozco a esta diseñadora desde que fui con mi escuela de moda a ayudar en uno de sus backstages y sus desfiles siempre son espectaculares (y ella, un encanto).

One of the runway shows I expect the most in every Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid edition is Maria LaFuente's. I met this designer when I helped her in one of the backstages with my fashion school, and her collections are always amazing (an she, really charming).

Autores Angulo event: fashion&food

Ayer me invitaron al evento blogger "Vivero de Autores Angulo", una iniciativa creada por la marca de quesos Angulo para apoyar a los creadores y emprendedores artesanos. La decoración era espectacular (con las flores como protagonistas y muy buenas ideas DIY), la comida buenísima (los quesos, con un sabor increíble) y entre los creadores handmade encontramos auténticas maravillas. Sin duda, uno de los eventos más interesantes en los que he estado.

Yesterday I was invited to attend the "Angulo Authors Vivarium" blogger event, an initiative created by Angulo cheese brand to support creators and artisan entrepeneurs. The decor was absolutely amazing (with lots of flowers and gorgeous DIY ideas), the food was delicious (all the cheeses tasted perfect) and between the handmade creators we could find authentic wonders. Definitely, one of the most interesting events I've ever attended.

Feria de Moda Vintage Madrid

El mes pasado fui invitada a asistir como blogger a la Feria de Moda Vintage, que se celebró en el Ático de Chamartín (Madrid). Allí, además de observar, tocar y suspirar por espectaculares vestidos de Alta Costura y complementos de épocas pasadas, tuve la oportunidad de conocer en persona a Eloísa Bercero.

Last month I was invited to attend the Vintage Fashion Fair, which took place in Chamartin -Madrid, Spain. There I could observe, touch and sigh for amazing haute couture dresses and antique accesories, and I had also the opportunity to meet Eloisa Bercero face to face.

 

Eloísa Bercero nos contó con voz emocionada lo que significaba para ella la moda. Es una de las 200 mujeres en el mundo que ha dedicado su vida a comprar trajes de Alta Costura. "La moda es arte", afirma Eloísa. De hecho, la "coleccionista" y Gianni Versace pasaron horas y horas contemplando un vestido que ella tenía expuesto en su salón. También recuerda con voz temblorosa la muerte de Gianni y su último desfile.

Eloisa Bercero told us in excited voice what fashion means for her. She is one of the 200 women in the world that has devoted her life to buy Haute Couture fashion. "Fashion is art", claims Eloisa. In fact, she and Gianne Versace had spent hours and hours in front of a dress she had stated in her dinning room. She also remembered Gianni's death and his last catwalk.

Hoy os quiero informar sobre un evento muy interesante que tendrá lugar en Valladolid el viernes 4 de mayo: Social Coaching 2.0. Un día lleno de conferencias, ponencias y talleres impartidos por expertos de la talla de Juan Merodio (probablemente el mayor experto en marketing 2.0 y redes sociales en España).

Essence & Catrice make up

Hace unos días estuve en la presentación para prensa de los nuevos productos de maquillaje de Essence y el lanzamiento de la marca Catrice en España.

Gin Show Bilbao -embajadora de Goa y Schweppes

(Note: this post is writen in Spanish 'cause it is related to an event that will took place tomorrow in Bilbao -Spain, the first Gin Show for which I am the Schweppes and Goa gin's blogger ambassador).

Mañana jueves 4 de abril llega el primer Gin Show en Bilbao, del cual vuelvo a ser Blogger Ambassador de dos marcas muy importantes: la ginebra GOA y la tónica Schweppes! :) El evento tendrá lugar en el Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao de 17:00 a 21:45, con un precio de entrada de 10€.

Stripes & Sita Murt

Hay dos outfits que todavía no os habia enseñado (y son de enero...!!): uno con la archi-conocida tendencia de las rayas en blanco y negro, y el otro con la chaqueta de Sita Murt que me regaló mi chico estas Navidades.

Here you have the two outfits I haven't posted yet (and they are from January...!!). One of them, with the well-known trend of the black&white stripes; the other one, wearing the Sita Murt jacket that my boyfriend gave me as Christmas present.
