Ask me your fashion dilemmas with Notorious!

Today I have exiting news! (I announced it some days ago on my Twitter). I have joined the gorgeous Notorious mobile app as a Fashion Expert :) You can find me there as Raquel Trejo Garrido. Notorious is a great idea where you can get advice from lifestyle experts (stylists, designers, models, bloggers...), obtaining personal advice in real time (Whatsapp look-a-like). 

Hoy os traigo noticias emocionantes! (ya lo anuncié hace unos días en mi Twitter). Me he unido al equipo de Expertos en Moda de la aplicación móvil Notorious =) Me podéis encontrar como Raquel Trejo Garrido. Notorious es una idea genial, un lugar en el que podéis recibir consejos sobre expertos en lifestyle (estilistas, diseñadores, modelos, blogueros...), obteniendo recomendaciones personales en tiempo real (a modo de Whatsapp).

My fashion shoots in Dublin

Good -and exciting- news!! :) I'm working in my first two fashion shoots as stylist (and not as styling assistant) here in Dublin: a Baroque theme and a Colour Blocking one. The scenery for the Baroque shoot is totally gorgeous, and the model (Rasma) for the other one is amazing. I'm so excited!! The photographers are Viola Nagy and Anita Sadowska (from 1st Option Models), and they are really good. I'll show you the final result when we have it! :)

¡Tengo buenas -y emocionantes- noticias! =) Estoy trabajando en dos sesiones de moda como estilista (ya no como asistente de estilismo) aquí en Dublín: una con temática barroca y la otra con la tendencia del Colour Blocking. El lugar en el que haremos las fotos de la sesión barroca es totalmente espectacular, y la modelo (Rasma) del otro shooting es impresionante. Estoy súper emocionada!! Las fotógrafas son Viola Nagy y Anita Sadowska, realmente buenas. Os mostraré el resultado final cuando tengamos las fotos! :D

She was born in Toronto, where she studied Art History. Then, she moved to New York and worked as Lori Goldstein stylist assistant, when she met international photographers such as Richard Avedon, Annie Leibotvitz and Bruce Weber. And now, Joanna Hillman is the Market Editor at Harper's Bazaar, sourcing the globe for the latest trends and must-have items.

Nació en Toronto, donde estudió Historia del Arte. Después, se mudó a Nueva York y trabajó como asistente de estilismo para Lori Goldstein, y es cuando conoció a fotógrafos internacionales de la talla de Richard Avedon, Annie Leibotvitz and Bruce Weber. Y ahora, Joanna Hillman es la Market Editor de Harper's Bazaar, recorriendo el mundo en busca de las últimas tendencias y must-haves.

DeCollage: design, art, events, fashion

La semana pasada comencé un nuevo proyecto relacionado con aquello que me apasiona: la moda en particular, y el diseño en general. Se trata de DeCollage, una comunidad de diseño internacional para dar a conocer lo más innovador y creativo en todas las áreas del diseño (moda, arte, arquitectura, fotografía, interiorismo, etc) e informaros sobre los eventos, exposiciones y desfiles más interesantes. Permaneced atentos!

Las week, I started a new project related to the things I love: fashion and design. It's called DeCollage and it's a community for internacional design and we try to show the world the most amazing and original designs in fashion, art, architecture, photography, decor... We also inform about the most interesting events, exhibitions and runway shows. Stay tuned!

Como muchos de vosotros, tengo cuenta en Instagram. En ella podéis ver mis últimas adquisiciones, previews de los outfit-post, mi asistencia a eventos (casi siempre en directo y mucho antes de que aparezcan por el blog), inspiraciones, naturaleza, moda, arte, mis viajes y todos esos detalles que simplemente me hacen sonreír.

Visita al showroom de H&M

Como ya visteis en la entrada que hice sobre la colección de Anna Dello Russo, H&M me invitó a visitar su showroom en Madrid. Además de la colección de Anna, pude ver prendas y accesorios que aún no habían llegado a las tiendas. ¡Y me llevaría todo a mi armario!

As you have seen in my post about Anna Dello Russo collection, H&M invited me to visit the showroom located in Madrid. Besides Anna's pieces, I could see garments and accesories before they arrive to the stores. And I did love everything!

Me encantaron los vestidos y jerséis con detalles de strass y pedrería, los collares tipo statement y las chaquetas y abrigos estructurados de corte minimalista.

Those dresses and sweaters with strass and embellishment were amazing, also the statement necklaces and the minimalist and structured jackets and coats.
