DeCollage: design, art, events, fashion

La semana pasada comencé un nuevo proyecto relacionado con aquello que me apasiona: la moda en particular, y el diseño en general. Se trata de DeCollage, una comunidad de diseño internacional para dar a conocer lo más innovador y creativo en todas las áreas del diseño (moda, arte, arquitectura, fotografía, interiorismo, etc) e informaros sobre los eventos, exposiciones y desfiles más interesantes. Permaneced atentos!

Las week, I started a new project related to the things I love: fashion and design. It's called DeCollage and it's a community for internacional design and we try to show the world the most amazing and original designs in fashion, art, architecture, photography, decor... We also inform about the most interesting events, exhibitions and runway shows. Stay tuned!

Las Leyes del Glam según Vogue

Como sabéis, estuve de prácticas en Vogue España. Acaba de publicarse en Vogue.es el vídeo en el que trabajé como asistente de estilismo junto a la genial Beatriz Moreno de la Cova!! Me ha hecho muchísima ilusión ver el resultado; ¡me encanta! :)

As you many know, I was an intern at Vogue Spain. They have just published in Vogue.es the fashion video in which I work as styling assistang along with Beatriz Moreno de la Cova!! I'm really excited about the result; I do love it! =)

Fue muy divertido y emocionante el idear los looks para Vogue. Las Leyes del Glam describe con movimientos a cámara lenta las nuevas normas de la estética disco. Así es como se llevan ahora los estampados, el estilo rockero, los flecos y el estilo lady.

Creating these looks for Vogue was really exciting and funny. The Laws of Glam describes in slow motion the new rules for the disco esthetic. Here is the way we should wear now prints, the rock style, fringes and the lady style.

Tratamos de construir looks muy ponibles para inspirar a la gente real de la calle. En el primero, apostamos por la mezcla de prints; en el segundo, dimos un giro al estilo lady con un trench azul cielo (una pasada el color en directo); en el look rockero, escogimos una perfecto espectacular para combinarla con prendas básicas y unos mocasines; y en el último, nos atrevimos a mezclar flecos con brillos metalizados, estampado leopardo y botines planos.

We tried to build realistic outfits to inspire real people in the streets. In the first of them, we bet for mixing prints; in the second one, we play with the lady style and add a baby blue trench (its colour is fabulous!); in the rock mood, we chose a leather jacket and put it with basic garments plus loafers; and in the last one, we dare to mix fringes plus metallics, leopard print and flat booties.

La falda de Fausto Puglisi (uno de los diseñadores favoritos de Anna Dello Russo) era una pasada, al igual que los pendientes XXL de cuarzo del desfile de Etro SS 2013, las originales joyas de Lara Bohnic, el trench de Gerard Darel y los botines de Tabitha Simmons. Aquí tenéis algunas de las piezas que utilizamos con sus precios y links para comprarlas. También hay varias piezas low-cost, como el body negro con flecos (Bershka) o el collar nacarado (H&M).

Etro SS 2013

Fauto Puglisi (one of Anna Dello Russo's favourite designers) skirt was beyond amazing, and so was the XXL quartz earrings from Etro SS 2013 runway show, the original jewelry designed by Lara Bohnic, the Gerard Darel trench and the booties by Tabitha Simmons. Here you have som eof the pieces we chose with its prices and links to shop them. There are also low-cost pieces, such as the black fringed body (Bershka) and the nacreous necklace (from H&M).
